docs: add CLAUDE.md as architecture map (renamed from NEXT.md)
Adds design system v2 section covering P3 colors, squircle shapes,
GlassSurface, multi-layer shadows, 4-theme system, sensor tilt state,
motion tokens, and new test inventory.
